Enchantment West of Canon City
Royal Gorge Country may seemingly be home to only two towns (Caρon City & Florence), but in reality, there are at least 12 small towns and communities that comprise Fremont County and they're located on the Arkansas River West of Canon City, the Royal Gorge and Highway 9. Each and every area adds its very own flavor to the culture and the countryside. From locally baked pastries and handmade artistries, from campgrounds on the river to horse rides in the Sangre De Cristos, you can find it on a main street or in a secret nook.
