Boat Show July 14th, 2012
The Rocky Mountain Classics Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society is having their annual boat show is Grand Lake. Boats will start arriving on Friday afternoon and be on display at the town dock from 9:00 am to noon. We will parade around the lake at noon provided the weather permits. Boats will be in and out of the docks for the rest of the day. Many will stay until Sunday.

Fast Facts
1. Granby can be reached by Amtrak, private plane, or automobile and is centrally located in Grand County.
2. Granby was incorporated in 1905 and many of the original buildings still exist on Agate Avenue.
3. Grand Lake, Colorado's largest and deepest natural lake,was originally named Spirit Lake by the Ute Tribe. They believed the lake's cold waters to be the dwelling place of departed souls and they avoided it.
4. Grand Lake is located on the shore of Grand Lake and is 8,437 feet above sea level.
