Taste of Vail Event Dates

Taking place from April 2-5 events take place in Vail, Colorado from the streets of Vail Village to the top of the mountain.

• Beginning April 2nd, the Debut of Rosé tasting event will feature 100 exquisite rosé wines expertly paired with culinary masterpieces crafted by top chefs. From 3 to 5 p.m., this event offers a rare fusion of world-class wines and gourmet cuisine for both wine connoisseurs and those looking to explore new flavors.
• Thursday, April 3rd, brings the Fitch Ranch Artisan Meat Co. and Certified Angus Beef Apres Tasting to the streets of Vail from 3-6 pm. Indulge in the creations from over 22 different chefs and a selection of over 58 exceptional wineries set in the picturesque streets of Vail. This luxurious outdoor event also features a thrilling culinary challenge where top chefs compete to create their finest dishes, and you get to cast your vote for the prestigious People’s Choice award.
• April 4th brings culinary excitement to the top of Vail Mountain from 12 pm to 2:30 pm. A selection of paired dishes will be served at 10,350 feet above sea level, where the majestic views compete with the exquisite food and wine. This crowd favorite will take place come rain, snow, or shine. Participants should bring their ski pass if they have one, while foot passes will be available for those without one.
• Friday evening will feature a wine tasting from Paso Robles and its maverick spirit of winemaking. Taking place from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., it will highlight the region’s creative winemaking innovations that challenge conventions.
• The Grand Tasting will take place on April 5th from 5 - 8 pm, and everything will come together in a showcase of flavors and vintages to be remembered. Guest chefs and Vail’s top culinary talent will print their best creations while wineries from across the country pour their top vintages.
• Other tasting events during The Taste of Vail include a deep dive into the terroir of Napa, Oregon’s Willamette Valley wines, and a comparative tasting of fine wines from Pinea and Hall wines.
