Youth strength + conditioning 6 week program

Oct 14th- Nov 22nd, T/TH 5:30-6:30pm, Sat 9:30-10:30am

Training for athletes of all levels from elementary school aged kids to D1 and professional athletes is focused on improving athletic skills and overall fitness for sports including basketball, baseball, softball, hockey, wrestling, football and soccer!

We lead athletes through a variety of drills and exercises to enhance speed, agility, strength, power, biomechanics, endurance plus some fun and games!
