Annual Superhero Run – 10K/5K/1M/Kids Fun Run
This will be the Superhero Run’s 11th year. In 2022 we had record participation and our goal is to top that number again. The Superhero Run, presented by PDC Energy, has become one of Greeley’s best running events. Runners can participate in our 10K, 5K, 1 Mile and a free kids run. For serious runners this race is a qualifier for the BolderBoulder. It is also fun fro families, kids, and everyone else. Proceeds from this run go to Life Stories Child & Family Advocacy, supporting our programs which give a voice to abused children and prevent child abuse. While costumes are not required, they make the event more fun we have prizes for best costumes! All children need heroes but abused children need Superheroes! Which superhero will you be?
Compound Movement Breakdown
NEXUS is running its 2nd round of CMB for 2022! This 2-hour class goes over the compound barbell movement techniques you need to safely perform weightlifting movements. From how to correctly do a deadlift to proper snatch technique, NEXUS educates you on injury prevention, how to recognize faults, and how to safely bailout. Whether you are a member of our gym or not, we highly recommend this educational class if you are performing any weightlifting movements in your workouts.
Mike the Headless Chicken Festival

The Story
It had been said that the River North Media Building was haunted, but you brushed it off as superstition. However, recent supernatural activity has terrorized the tenants. The Haunting is Real. To help investigate and perhaps eliminate the ghostly disturbances, paranormal investigators Anthem and Aria have been called in. Hopefully they can supply answers and solutions. However, when things go wrong, the investigation turns dangerous. Everyone must work together to put the dark spirit to rest with a seance. Who are The Psychic Soulmates Connected by their mutual love of the supernatural, Anthem and Aria tour internationally spreading macabre mystery and a message of cosmic connection. Working as equal partners they read minds, summon spirits, and touch hearts at colleges, on cruises, and in world class theaters. You’ve seen them in Las Vegas showrooms and on Hulu and America’s Got Talent. Awarded Mentalist Of The Year, Best Variety Show, and the Lance Burton Award Of Excellence, you can expect a chilling and stunning night of ghostly illusions. Women’s Beginner Trail Running Course
New to trail running or just want to hone in your rock hopping skills?
This 6 week course pairs coached runs at different trails across the front range to work on skills and fitness (such as how to conquer technical terrain and steep hills) and clinics with expert guest speakers like park rangers to talk about what to do if you see a rattlesnake or mountain lion (gulp) on the trail. The graduation run culminates with a 5-6 mile run including a little bit of everything with your new trail running friends!

Staunton Rocks! Marathon & Half
Welcome to the Staunton Rocks! Marathon & Half, an event put on by trail runners for trail runners.Touring the renowned singletrack of Staunton State Park in Colorado’s Front Range Mountains southwest of Denver, the race will take you back in time as you glide by historic buildings and old milling operations. The flowing trails and gradual climbs & descents will allow you to open up your running stride, while technical features scattered throughout will give your feet occasion to dance. Take in 60+ mile views from the numerous overlooks on course, run by scenic lakes and streams, and catch a glimpse of the numerous raptors that inhabit the stunning rock formations throughout the park. With runnable trails and generous cut-offs, our aim is to offer a trail running experience that is challenging, yet accessible to all.
