CALLING ALL THOSE LOOKING TO GET HELLA HECTIC!Hella Hectic is the evolution of a classic ski and snowboard cross event. We reimagined the course seen at resorts around the globe and restructured the competitive divisions; from Men’s and Women’s Snowboarders and Skiers to Adaptive heats and even a whole division dedicated to Teams.Competitors will face off in heats of 4 riders on a course full of banked turns, rollers, drops and step-ups. Winner takes all in each division, with a pond skim finish line to seal the victory!It will be fast, competitive, and most important… HECTIC!With a $35K prize purse on the line, make sure you’re waxed up and ready to rip. It all goes down April 23rd at Copper Mountain, Colorado. Let’s get Hectic and hopefully stay dry!Spectators welcome to watch up close next to the pond skim and alongside the course.

HESTIVAL
HESTIVAL is an all-inclusive, family & critter-friendly camp-out weekend! Spend nights dreaming amongst the apples in Big B’s Delicious Orchards and daytimes full of activities, excursions, talented live music, fireside chats, cider tastings, stargazing, and delicious food & drink. HESTIVAL-goers will have day trip options to mountain bike, hike in the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, or simply kick back and explore the local orchards before the group reconvenes for a daily Big B’s Cider at Happy Hour before a headliner band- Raising Appalachia- will take the stage and dance under the stars of the new moon.
Youth Ski League Championships
Youth Ski League (YSL) is the earliest developmental branch of U.S. Ski & Snowboard for aspiring Alpine ski racers. YSL introduces young ski racers to the competition experience, to learn, progress, and have fun.The YSL Championship will take place on Lower Hughes and will encompass age classes U8, U10, U12, U14, and U16 competing in Slalom and Giant Slalom. These races will focus on the FUNdamentals of ski racing. The Championships will feature one Giant Slalom run, one Slalom run and a Skills Quest activity. Races will be on Lower Hughes and Skills Quest on Larry Sales.

Join this 6 week program with Life’s 2 Short Fitness for Colorado women looking for support and community to train for their first 5k (race or adventure) ON THE TRAILS! Includes weekly coached runs at different beginner friendly Denver area trails and clinics with experts to learn all about proper training and staying safe on the trails.

Join sessions with park rangers who will cover everything from what to do if you see a rattlesnake to trail right-of-way and sustainability.
Women’s Beginner Trail Running Course
New to trail running or just want to hone in your rock hopping skills?
This 6 week course pairs coached runs at different trails across the front range to work on skills and fitness (such as how to conquer technical terrain and steep hills) and clinics with expert guest speakers like park rangers to talk about what to do if you see a rattlesnake or mountain lion (gulp) on the trail. The graduation run culminates with a 5-6 mile run including a little bit of everything with your new trail running friends!

CKS Paddlefest
CKS Paddlefest is back this year to celebrate the upcoming whitewater rafting season in the Arkansas River Valley! CKS—Colorado Kayak Supply—will be running great sales all weekend so you can stock up on gear, but they’ll also be running an epic party with live music, a disc golf tournament, a river surf competition, a trail run, kayak race, gear swap, and more.
Staunton Rocks! Marathon & Half
Welcome to the Staunton Rocks! Marathon & Half, an event put on by trail runners for trail runners.Touring the renowned singletrack of Staunton State Park in Colorado’s Front Range Mountains southwest of Denver, the race will take you back in time as you glide by historic buildings and old milling operations. The flowing trails and gradual climbs & descents will allow you to open up your running stride, while technical features scattered throughout will give your feet occasion to dance. Take in 60+ mile views from the numerous overlooks on course, run by scenic lakes and streams, and catch a glimpse of the numerous raptors that inhabit the stunning rock formations throughout the park. With runnable trails and generous cut-offs, our aim is to offer a trail running experience that is challenging, yet accessible to all.
Lory Summer Trail Series
Join us each Tuesday evening in August for a fun series of shorter midweek trail races. Our goal is to offer a fun, low-key series of races designed to give newer trail runners an opportunity to dip their toes into the trail racing waters, and to offer more experienced trail racers a chance to sharpen their speed on shorter, quicker courses. After each race, we will be providing pizza with support from the Fort Collins Running Club and beverages with support from New Belgium Brewing.
Long View Marathon & Half
Showcasing a unique city-to-city trail connection, The Long View Marathon and Half Marathon runs from Fort Collins to Loveland. Together, Gnar Runners and Sweetheart City Racing bring a unique collaboration to Colorado’s running scene in this one-of-a-kind race event.
