DESCRIPTION:For over 25 years running\, every May thousands of folks “flock” to Fruita for a one-of-a-kind festival that celebrates its famous headless chicken mascot who lived 18 months without a head! This year’s gathering will feature live music\, a car show\, 5k race\, food and merchandise vendors\, games\, the traditional Peep and Wing eating contest\, and so much more.
