Across 33 divisions, the best of the best are chosen to compete at Copper for the title of National Champion. Watch ski athletes compete in halfpipe, slopestyle and skiercross disciplines.

USASA Rocky Mountain Division Rail Jam

Thousands of athletes around the country participate in the United States Ski and Snowboard Association (USASA). This grassroots organization allows kids and adults alike to grow and foster their love for snowsports. The Rocky Mountain Division (RMS) holds various competitions at Copper, allowing for these athletes to earn points towards USASA Nationals in April, also held at Copper. This competition is held in Woodward Copper’s Central Terrain Park.

These indulgences all come together for the Breckenridge Strings, Ciders & Sours. Hosted by Rocky Mountain Events, LLC.Cider and Sour lovers come together to taste their way through a wide array of samples from local and national Craft Breweries while boogying to some great bluegrass all under the majestic mountains of Breckenridge! Guests will receive a commemorative tasting glass, access to the live music, entertainment and festival activities, and a chance to taste and explore their way through an assortment of ciders and sours while learning from the Brewery Ambassadors. Festival food from local vendors will be available for purchase “a la carte” throughout both Plazas. We know you will be hooked and will keep coming back for more!

The Promenade area of Main Street will also feature a variety of family friendly activities during the 4th of July weekend.

Frisco Triathlon

Are you looking for a new challenge this summer? Register for the 7th Annual Frisco Triathlon on Friday, July 9, 2021 featuring stand-up-paddle boarding, mountain biking, and trail running. This twist on a triathlon is open to all ability levels and encourages athletes to take on a new multi-sport event. The Frisco Triathlon was named “Best Triathlon” in Elevation Outdoors Magazine’s reader poll, 2016 Best of the Rockies.

Turkey Day 5K Fun Race

Town of Frisco Turkey Day 5K

Join us for the 9th Annual Frisco Turkey Day 5k, presented by The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute. The run will take place in Frisco on Thanksgiving Day. We encourage you to come out and burn a few calories before celebrating with food, family and fun! This event is open to all ages and will take place on the Summit County Recreation Path and Town of Frisco side streets. We invite all racers to make a non-perishable food donation at the event which will benefit the Family & Intercultural Resource Center of Summit County. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Frisco Elementary’s S.T.E.M. program.

Bacon Burner 6K

Bacon Burner 6K

The Bacon Burner 6k is a 3.8 mile out-and-back run that will take place on a paved recreational trail. All racers will receive  a piece of commemorative Bacon Burner apparel. All registrants 21 and older will also receive a free beer ticket to redeem at the Colorado BBQ Challenge. Strollers are welcome; please leave your pet at home. This race is open to all ages and abilities.
