Keystone Oktoberfest is for the entire family! Kids will love Kinderfest, their very own kids Oktoberfest, make and take crafts from The Frosted Flamingo mobile art studio, watch dance performances, and take lessons from the Denver German Traditional Dance Group. Parents will love the variety of Colorado craft beers available all afternoon. 47th Breckenridge Gathering at the Great Divide Art Festival
Longest running art festival in Summit county continues this summer over Labor Day weekend in beautiful Breckenridge, Colorado. Top artists from across the country will gather with their original works of art in 13 categories including jewelry, painting, photography, sculpture and more! You won’t want to miss the last nationally ranked fine art festival of the summer!The show will be at Colorado Mountain College just north of town with free admission and free parking.To get to the show: Take bus from town, ride your bike on the rec path, easy and free parking onsite.10am-5pm Saturday and Sunday, 10am-4pm Monday
6th Annual Keystone River Run Village Art Festival
The Keystone River Run Village Art Festival is located at the base of Loveland Pass and is a short 90-minute drive west of Denver. This is the closest resort location to Denver and offers many options for lodging, shopping and restaurants. The weekend art show is set in a picturesque lodge village that creates an exceptional environment for an upscale art festival. The entire Keystone area has become a weekend getaway location for Denver’s affluent outdoor adventurers. Avon is one hour away and Downtown Denver is an hour and a half away from Keystone.
13th Annual Tee It Up Golf Scramble
BOEC’s Tee It Up Golf Scramble is an annual fundraiser held at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course each August. All proceeds from this event benefit BOEC’s adaptive outdoor programs for those with disabilities and special needs. 36 teams of four participate in a shotgun start at 10:00am with a scramble format that plays off the best ball for each hole.Prizes are awarded for the winning team, 2nd place team, 3rd place team, closest to the pin (women – #6), closest to the pin (men – #7), longest drive (men – #1), longest drive (women – #18), Beat the Pro (#9), and longest putt (#10).Individual entry is $700 per foursome. Your registration includes 18 holes with cart, bagged lunch, access to a virtual silent auction, and contests. Please check in with BOEC staff when you arrive for your tee time.This 13th Annual Edition figures to be another fun-filled event on Monday, August 22nd at 10:00am. Remember, just by playing some golf, you are making a difference in the lives of many!
